I've just bought a new PC & tried capturing some video from my Canon MV20
(PAL version). This always worked fine on my old PC. The video is scambled in
both the preview window and the capture file.
I've tried changing the capture settings & set the capture format to PAL in
the options with no effect. A screenshot is available below:
