Not importing, 99%

Ok. We just got this nice new camera, and it goes fine, but when I attempt
to import from the computer on to MVM, it goes to 99% and stops. And then it
decides that it'd be funny to just freeze up when I click cancel. And no,
it's not a matter of me being patient, I waited all through dinner and it
stayed at 99%. You have no idea how frusterating this is. Everything goes
smoothly until MVM decides to be a slobbering retard and ruin everything.
Can anyone please help!?

Thanks!

Are you using some kind of memory card in the camera, or are you trying to
import from the camera memory?

Have you checked on the manufacturers website for any updates to the
software?

What is MVM??

Aright. Sorry, I mean WMM. Sometimes the clips work, and others don't.
That means something is oddly wrong? Penis.
