Hi

So far so good, i have my edited project after capturing on dvi quality but
now what, i would like to save it to dvd for use on domestic players.

I have nero vision express 2 (suggested on this ng) for 'authoring' whatever
that is ; ) and am ready to go. least i would be if i knew where!

I am guessing it is the save movie file in the file menu and then burn to
dvd but these aren't even educated guesses so any help appreciated.

First save your movie preferably as DV AVI. Afterwards open Nero Vision
Express (NVE) and make a DVD Video by import the movie in it.

Details:

To save as movie, use menu File -> "Save MOVIE As"
or press key Ctrl-P
or use the "Save to my computer" under "Finish Movie" step on the left
hand task bar.

In the Save Movie wizard, first screen allows you to select a name for
the saved movie and the next screen is "Movie Settings". Click on "Show
more options..." and you will have all the different options to select.
Select DV AVI from the drop down box and complete the remaining steps.
