I made a project with photos and mpeg movies from my digital camera.
I can save it in a cd and in my pc and watch it in Windows Media but I need
it in videoCD format in order to watch it in a DVD player. Is it possible?
Please if you know how to do that, let me know the exactly steps and options
I must to mark.
I don´t have a dvd recorder on my Pc.
I have Movie Maker v.2.1.4026.o and serv.pack 2

Yes, it's possible but it's not a feature of Movie Maker. You need to use
other software.

The CD Burning section of my www.papajohn.org website has some pointers to
software, but no tutorials with exact steps... www.dvdrhelp.com is a place
to check for that.

You can convert to a VCD(VHS quality) or SVCD(better than VHS) if your DVD
player is capable of playing those formats.
VCDEasy has a program for that, I used it before I got my DVD burner. They
have a trial version I beleive.
You can trick your DVD player into thinking your using VCD if it won't play
a SVCD(header trick, do google search on how to do it). The problem is your
CD-r is limited to 700MB so you have to use multiple CD_R's for longer or
higher Quality formats. I would just buy a DVD burner.
Do a google search SVCD or VCD.

I installed VCDEasy but I dont find the way to convert a MWMM project (this
file format) into a MPGE file. I dont want to start my project again from
VCDEasy. I want a program that allows me to convert my MWMM file into MPGE.

Ok. I understand. But what program I need to convert my MWmm file into a MPGE
file so after that I will be able to burn a VCD ??? I have Nero Vision
Express but I couldn´t find how to convert the MWMM file.

You need to save a movie file in Movie Maker from the MSWMM project file....
then use the WMV or DV-AVI file in your VCD software.
