I'm trying to convert a .mpg file (~3Gb) to DVD so it can be viewed on my
DVD player. I'm using Nero's "Start Smart" software (including the latest
update and patch) in this effort. However, after about 3 minutes into the
project the program slows down then finally halts with an error notice.
Looking at the log file it states the following:

FYI, I'm using a Plextor 716A DVD burner that works well on all other tasks.
I'm also attaching a copy of the complete log should anyone care to review
it. I've tried burning at 2.4X as well as at 4X which my media supports
(both DVD+R as well as DVD+RW). Any suggestions on what to do next would be
appreciated. Thanks!
