DO not tell users what to post and what not to. The ISP is not going to
worry about someone breaking usenet rules. They have more severe issues to
worry about..

You do not know my ISP since I am on a proxy server somewhere in Canada.
Anyways, I see your from Canada with an ISP called Telus Communications
after an IP lookup.

Or look at even better options like Avant <www.avantbrowser.com> or Maxthon
<www.maxthon.com/> that use the IE rendering engine, give you tabbed
browsing and a whole lot more. All free. I've been using Avant for probably
a couple of years and love it.

maxthon got a lot better tab browsing function than MSN toolbar, however, it
doesn't support all IE plugins. Many useful IE plugins are not on the support
list.
