Can't really diagnose this, but it sounds like either your monitor is dying,
or your video card may be dying or overheating... I'd start with something
simple, and make sure the fan (if there is one) is still functioning on your
video card (or video chip on your mother board). To make it simple, just
make sure that ALL fans in your computer are working...
