I have some programs that wont run in XP SP2. I am using NTFS, If I reinstall
XP with FAT32, Will my older programs work ?

It depends on the program, and why its not running in the first place. If its a permissions issue, then you may only need to adjust the file/folder permissions for the locations it needs to write to.
Some programs written for 9x based systems will run under XP with no problem, and others need Compatibility Mode (see Help and Support).

Very unlikely. In general, a program neither knows nor cares what
file system is in place. The only common exception to that is
disk utilities.

I have a program called AUTOTECH. I have the CD, wich would not open up
SeTUP. I contacted the company and they sent me a link to download the
program. I saved to my desktop. It too, will not open setup. I have tried all
of the COMPATIBILITY Settings, nothing has worked. I am thinking of clearing
my Harddrive and installing Win98SE and XP PRO SP2, would that help me with
my older programs ? and If so, how do I remove/ clear out XP ? Thanks for the
help.
