I have a school project to be aired in class but there are people in my
vidieo that I cant show there faces what sort of program do I need to do
this any help would be helpful

Check out www.papajohn.org who shows how to do this with movie maker,
otherwise you need to invest in much better software, like adobe
premiere/vegas etc which has built in and easier to use functions for doing
just this.
Or try http://www.rehanfx.com/ where Rehan may also have something similar.
