I need to know this quickly! Is there any wy that I can add captions or
subtitles to movies in Movie Maker? Or is ther any third-party program that
someone knows of that works and I could use to add the captions?

i do know that you can add titles or even "subtitles" on top of any video
clip; as well as before and after the clip. is that what you were asking?

in Moviemaker go to 'tools' there you can add titles and credits etc
