I have win xp home version. I have a 40 gig hard drive that was split in two
different drives when it was installed. I want to know if I can and how I
can, boot my computer to use a certain drive. It seems to be automatically
booting up in the smaller of the two drives and I want to use the bigger
drive. I recently had to re install win xp due to a very unstable system
which I still cant explain. Any help or comment would be great. Thks

Without reinstalling XP

Download Bootitng
expand it to a floppy
read the readme file
start system with floppy in place...do not install the program run it off
the disk
go to partition work and join the 2 partions into one.

With reinstalling XP
reinstall XP onto the larger partition of your HD.
Format XP off the smaller partition.............this will destroy everything
on that drive so backup what you wish to save.
