Thank you, Ramesh. I lost Help and Support, too. When I selected Run, I am
unable to use that as well: "WINDOWS CANNOT PLACE A SHORTCUT HERE. DO YOU
WANT A SHORTCUT PLACED ON THE DESKTOP INSTEAD?" OK, just found that my
START menu is DEAD. I will give the Fix Windows site a shots.

I've done a lot of screwy things. This about takes the cake!

Well, you two. "Fix Windows..." did not do the trick. HELP... please. Any
