Brightness on captured video

is there a way to adjust the brightness of a video i have already captured on
my movie maker from my dvc. i have mm2.1 if there is a way, is it simple.

There's a simple 10% brightness adjustment feature included in the video
effects... which is easy to apply.

For a more complex and better color levels adjustment, see the Problem
Solving > Video Issues page of my www.papajohn.org website.... scroll all
the way to the bottom to the section about Dark Images.
