It just sounds like you did that to yourself.

It's just that your post is so nebulous that the only real "fix," is to
format & re-install XP, Updates, Drivers, Applications, & Data.
One day I was messing around with the computer trying to figure out how
I could get them back and after restarting the e drive was back, not the
d though, but after a few days, I may have had to restart or load more
photos from my digital camera, I do not remember what I had to do, but
then it went away again-- the E drive and the D drive too is not there,
so I cannot play any cds data or audio nor use my burner!
Sounds like you need more hands on professional help, than can be
provided here. I'm not trying to be mean, just giving you an answer.
