Icon error message

When I boot up I will occasionally get an error message "Fatal Error Unable
to Install Icon Tray".

I do a restart and it boots up OK. It has never happen twice in a row.

What I am looking for is the cause and the fix if there is one.

Probably a corrupt Theme file. To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type (or paste in): SFC /SCANNOW (see: Description
of Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 System File Checker (Sfc.exe):
