Hi, I have a Sony DCR-HC20 camcorder and I was trying to get the video I shot
onto Windows Movie Maker, and it shows it transferring it over and everything
but when it's done the quality of the video now on my computer is very choppy
and scrambled. I have made a video before with the same camera and it has
transferred over fine and I don't know what to do. Can anyone help me?

Where does it look choppy, in MM or WMP or both? Have you installed another
hard drive recently? Check your transfer mode, make sure it hasn't dropped
from Ultra 5 down to PIO mode because of a new drive or other reason. What's
changed on the PC since the last transfer?
