Ah I'm with you now! Yes that would make sense. I'd love to export the
registry etc but I'm afraid my knowledge of computers doesn't really
stretch that far, and I didn't want to have too much of a fiddle in
case I 'broke' something hehe! But no, I don't do a huge amount of
adding and removing of apps. I have quite a lot, but once they are on
the machine they tend to stay there.
I have just created a new restore point - making a total of 2 on the
calendar - and will monitor the program to see when it disappears.
Maybe this will help target the problem.
