I've had a look and for both drives there's a full 12% allocated, over
3gb for each. And there's plenty of memory left on the hard drive.

I'm using the same 12% setting on the system drive, which gives me 6GB
allocated and I currently have 67 restore points available to me. Have
you checked the size of your PCHealth folder in \Windows? Mine is
currently 28.5MB. I believe that's the primary restore information,
though stand to be corrected.
