am running wind. home xp, tried to put sp2 on it. caused eratic behavior,
took off, then tried to do a restore point. would not let me. tried my
recovery disk but got half way through and asked for a disk containing
ECD544P90X, which i do not have, nor does the company where i bought compt. I
noticed a person asked the same question on here and was not answered so no
help there. now when i turn on my compt. all i get is totally black screen.
The green and red light come on and stay on cannot do anything with it. does
not recognize my keyboard or my mouse (they do not turn on) cannot boot in
any manner. am at a lose as what to do, can't really afford to pay to have
it MAYBe fixed around here. any and all suggestions i will try, only please,
i am not that good with compt. so please keep it in as easy as you can in
layman's terms. i have to unplug from wall to turn it off. can't think of
anything else, that's the most that i hope will give someone an idea as to
what to do. thanks much!
