Whenever I attempt to shut down (100% of the time), I receive an error
message that says:
SVCHOST.exe Application error

" The instruction at 0x00000019 referenced memory at 0x00000019. The memory
could not be read.
Click OK to terminate the program.
Click CANCEL to debug the program."

Can anyone help?
