Can I convert a Power Point Presentation to Movie Maker so I can burn it to a
DVD?

There are shareware programs for such things, converting an PPT file into a
video file, try searching goolgle for "powerpoint to mpeg" or something like
that. One downside is that the one that I used for such a thing didn't manage
to make the presentation in the videofile to run smoothly (it was pretty
complex though) so I was forced to put up my camera and shoot my monitor
whilst running the presentation in Powerpoint.. not very entertaining...

Camtasia works great, it puts a little toolbar right in Powerpoint, you can
choose codecs if you like too.
