I am having the exact same problem. I could not find any answeres on
Symantec's web site and I was unable to find any instructions on how to
contact them other than through their paid support site. Symantec
obviously does not wish to be troubled with support issues from the
users of their products unless they are willing to pay extra for it.
If anyone has found any way to resolve this issue please post a link or
reply here. Thanks.
