Try www.driverguide.com for them.

User: drivers
Pass: all

Or sign up for your own account as that one's due to expire sometime they
claim but it still worked the last time I checked.

unfortunately it was only ever available on CD, and never via MS's website
for some absurd reason. So I'm basically screwed unless I can find someone
else that has a CD with it on... Been searching the net for agse now in a
hunt for these elusive drivers!

Lots of drivers that were only available on CD will show up on the site.
People, such as yourself, upload them. They also have a forum where you can
ask other people. They have the largest collection of drivers that I'm aware
of online and strangely not one of the manufacturers seem to complain about
it. From my understanding it's probably in violation of various terms of
agreement and the like but this one seems to be given a blind eye and
allowed to continue. I can't complain, I've used the site countless times
when there was no longer an available CD to get it from. I've never uploaded
any though, I probably should as I have some of the rarer stuff here. I'd
really give that site a good look just to check and see. I suppose, I'm
headed out in a while but usenet's not known for being immediate, you could
give us/me the device name and all pertinant information and we could look
it up for you and see what we find. That is, after all, the point of
helping. Right now with the information you've given I'm not sure what I'd
be looking for. "Game Voice?"

Is this some SideWinder Game Voice thing that turned up?

If so this is for 98:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=97d044f9-6f55-4804-9cf0-f97c5d5f891b&displaylang=en

However there's a slew of listings in Google...

I don't have the device but it looks like it's plug and play with XP though
you'll need to download the chat application from somewhere (see google) for
any voice chatting that you wanted to go with it. Else see this:

How to replace lost, broken, or missing Microsoft software or hardware:

You might be able to get a copy of the CD?
