The defaulting to NTSC is one of the problkems we have been seeing, so I'm
afraid I cannot give you any answers yet. Depending on how well you fel
delving into your pc, you can follow the instructions for changing the
drivers of sp2 to sp1. If you have a sp1 disc then it is reasonably
straighforward, if not you need to find someone who has.
If you'd like to visit my site I am putting some items to try on there and
there is a contact email address, which will make things easier in getting
the info I need from you if you don't mind being emailed off the newsgroups.
Try it tomorrow.
