The defaulting to NTSC is one of the problkems we have been seeing, so I'm
afraid I cannot give you any answers yet. Depending on how well you fel
delving into your pc, you can follow the instructions for changing the
drivers of sp2 to sp1. If you have a sp1 disc then it is reasonably
straighforward, if not you need to find someone who has.
If you'd like to visit my site I am putting some items to try on there and

Dear Graham.
I do have an SP1 disc because when I bought my computer it had that OS,
then I plugged it into broadband and it upgraded to SP2. Would you be
able to tell me how to change the drivers back to SP1 with the disc?
Recently I tried to follow Kristen Miller's advice (that is also on
your website) but found that the old MSDV.sys drivers reverted to the
new ones after I'd changed them. If there is a more rational way to do
it, using the disc I'd be happy to try it. I have heard of it working
for some people though...
I have found your email link to be "undeliverable", but I definitely
