You mean do your job? :-D
Movie Maker only works on Windows XP and I dont think Microsoft will like it
very much if you try to run Movie Maker directly on your companies hardware
without using Windows XP...
If you meant to implement WMV codec for your hardware then you need to
contact Microsoft for a license:

If you have a specific question please ask with all the details of the
problem. The appropriate newsgroup for such discussion is:
