I have Windows XP and an HP Pavilion a850y PC computer. I also have an
HP scanjet 6300c. Everything is working fine except that I am unable
to turn off the lamp on the scanner without pulling the plug! I have
troubleshooted it on the internet but am always told to go to the
control panel, click on the HP scanner icon and then click on the Lamp
tab. There is NO lamp tab.....only a "General", "Events" and "Color
management" tabs. Any ideas??
