I have a home network that consists of a dsl modem, 4-port router and 2
computers running Windows XP Home Edition. I am able to surf the
internet from both, but cannot share folders. Both computers have only
one network adapter installed, although the 2nd computer shows 2 and
pinging its name shows association with a "169.254..." IP address.
