my office has bought a new Canon PIXMA ip2000 bubble jet printer
its web site does not have a Windows NT driver
it is possible for the Windows NT clients to print from this printer?

No. Only Windows 2000, XP and Windows9x.
Didn't the IT Department consider this when they approved the purchase?

NT has "long" been dropped from support! If there is no NT drivers, then
you can not use it in NT, unless you pay for a custom driver to be written
(if even possible?)
