What is the folder “PCHealth” in the Windows directory? I ran a backup
program on my C drive and got lots of errors involving the
PCHealth\HelpCtr\DataColl\Collected Data 1777.xml” - can’t read, error – 1101
(file\directory not found). There were 39 of these errors consisting of
different numbers before the “xml” extension. Can you delete these files -
what do they do and why the errors? I looked in the “Collected Data” file
and could not find any of the “xml” ones that were listed as errors. Can you
shut this file off so it doesn’t make errors?
Thanks for any help of this issue.

Yes, you can delete the CollectedData_XX.xml files.
I have no idea why you're getting errors.
%windir%\PCHealth\HelpCtr\DataColl
or
C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\DataColl

I have a batch file that cleans out the DataColl folder for me.
