I am not able to download certain softwares, nor am I able to install certain
softwares that require an internet connection. For example quicken or yahoo
music engine. They both tell me that I don't have an active internet
connection. I obviously have an internet connection, dsl in fact because I'm
posting on the net now. please advise. no help from those mentioned above.
