[Shallow]

I am an administrator in a company that we are just now starting to spread
our domain to the rest of the company
Our company is spread out from Maine to California

Here is my problem we would like to know if it is possible to use remote
desktop or other remote software to connect to a pc and be able to have full
admin rights and be able to move from one profile to the next with out having
any hands on for the user?
