i had to reformat my computer and now I cant get the fax to work because the
computer is asking for a CD. I know it is posible to get the fax working
without it but don't know how.

I am having the same problem, however after I install the SP disk it then
tells me to install the SP2 Disk which i do not have. SP 2 was downloaded
and I never did get the disk. Where do we go from here??
