Hello,

I am having logon problems with my lap top. I am caertain i am inputting
the password and user name correctly (i do it several times per day), but for
some reason no joy. No one has changed any passwords.

Tried taking battery out-no joy. Can get in safe mode, but password doesnt
work there either!

Please help!

Kill/reset your password with this:

There are several tools available to reset passwords/locked accounts etc.
Try this link

utilities.
