Does anyone know what would cause a speech recognition profile in Windows XP
to work when it is first created, but not after reboot? After reboot, if I
go into Control Panel, Speech, I cannot access any of the profiles previously
created. If I choose a particular profile and click on the Train Profile
button, I get the message "The Voice Training Wizard failed to initialize."
If I then create a NEW profile, any of the previous profiles that were
created before reboot are available for further access and training, but are
not available unless I do create that new profile. Just wondering if it a
problem related to our particular system, or if it is an XP problem that
others have experienced.
