I have the Atcom au-100 VOIP phone but cannot get it to load the 'generic
usb audio driver'. The mini CD it came with said that it only used the
generic USB audio driver that comes with windows.
I cant get it to load off my XP CD and there's nothing on the website
(http://www.atcom.com.cn/). It definately wants this generic driver. Is
there anywhere I can download it?
I have Windoes XP sp2 with all latest updates. I have tried the phone on
three different computers, all with same results. I have tried 10 different
usb ports with no luck either.
Vendor, voiceserve.net, who sold it to me doesn't reply to messages,
manufacturer is also useless - see website above.
Any help to get this working is gratefully received.
