Put your phrase info the search engine, press search and read the results to
see what looks applicable. Refine the search parameters if needed.

What few people won't tell you including MSFT Research or MSFT's front for
Phone PSS--Convergys of Ohio in Indian Call Centers who speak poor English:

You may have to try a repair install 2-3 times before it will work. Believe
me a lot of XPs are lost because people do not know this. You may get into
Safe Mode with cmd to do a System Restore when you cannot get into Safe
Mode. You may get into Safe Mode with Networking when you could not get
into the other two. That may obviate a repair install depending on the
equation on the box.
