One other thing, as Lt. Columbo says... It could be your default template
Word file. You might want to do a search for Normal.Dot, it should be
found at
C:\Documents & Settings\'YourLogin"\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates
Just rename the extension to something like .Org and then retry Word.
It will re-create a new template.
