Hi Cari - Thank you for your response. I already know how to transfer
the photos via Windows Explorer - my computer assigns the card to Drive
F.
However I was hoping to make the HP transfer program work since every
time I stick my card in the printer I get the popup with the error
which is terribly annoying (and frankly shouldn't happen - the program
should work).
I would still like to find a solution that fixes the HP problem. I
should have mentioned in my message that I knew how to do the
work-around, but thank you for responding.
