I have just recently done a complete reinstall, system works fine but when I
access the documents and settings folder I can see Administrator, I can see
Kevin Hunter and now their is Kevin Hunter.desktoppc, where did this come
from? When i go into command it shows up as c:/documents and settings/kevin
hunter.desktoppc/
Now I am presuming it has came around when I named the pc but how do I get
rid of this extra folder and will it cause problems?

Thanks,

Two reasons: either you connected this PC to a domain which had a name
desktoppc or this profile was renamed earlier.

Anyway, this can be deleted safely. If you do have any important files, take
owner ship of this folder from a different user account which has
administrative rights and explore my documents and other user folders.
