Higlight colour in Windows Explorer no focus

What is the name of the display element for a highlighted item in Windows
Explorer for when Explorer does NOT have the focus?

In the standard XP theme (blue) the highlight colour is a strong blue while
Explorer has the focus. When it loses the focus it becomes a very pale
mushroom that is almost impossible for me to see.

I would like to change that but cannot find the correct display element in
Display properties/appearance/advanced.

Unfortunately it uses for the highlight color the color that is assigned to
3D Objects. So you can change it, but doing so will change much more than
just the highlight color of selected items not in focus.
