Kenny,

My problem is that the start menu options and desktop icons under the ALL
USERS start menu and desktop ARE NOT visible for other users. I've looked at
the knowledge base and tried a few things, but am getting no where!

Any ideas?

This is not a case of not knowing how to install programs on XP. This is
something that has always worked, and suddenly does not. KB has some
suggestions, and I did look at the Group Policy solution referenced there,
but no dice! I'm going to send an e-mail off to Microsoft to ask for help!
