I had to reinstall Windows and in Microsoft Works Suite 2001 it lets me in
with the task launcher but after making the selection of wanting to make an
invitation, it says to put in the user name and cd key code. It is not
accepting my code. What can I do? Thanks to anyone who can help me!

Or is this some sort of "MS Works" thing?

I'm not sure what it is. It just asks for customer info and wants the cd key
number and I have double checked the number it won't accept.

Is the product identification number the same as the key code?

Is this the activation key for Works? Are you entering the Works key or the
XP key? Which key (from where) are you entering in what? It's a little
difficult to follow exactly what you are asking.

You are using the suite key and not the Windows key aren't you?

Please follow the conversational flow rather than jump top to bottom to top
to .......
People will be able to follow a conversational flow rather than have to try
and decode what has been said meaning they will be more likely to read and
possibly help.

Repeated.
Which key (from where) are you entering in what?
A full reply is needed so people can properly understand exactly what you
are doing and what is happening. Incomplete information means people dont
properly understand your issue and you may not get the correct replies.
