Hello,
Starting from yesterday, *all* downloads I do stop after about 1.5 MB
have been downloaded (+/- 100 Kb). And I mean ALL: files, movies, even
Norton's LiveUpdate.
I have done everything I can think of: a complete virus and spyware
check, I've launched Registry Mechanic but to no avail.
The only possible lead I have is that yesterday Windows did an
automated update and installed several patches:

KB883939
KB896358
KB898458
KB890046
KB893066
KB896428
If anyone can suggest *anything* that I could do, or even do some test
to narrow down the problem, I would owe him/her bigtime. I've never
seen anything like this.
