Get rid of error (useless) message
Hi Guys,
How could I take out or delete a popup Windows alert message - it always come up on
booting:
Top movie installation error
Top movie require the Microsoft Virtual Machine
Download it from http://www.microsoft.com/java/vm/dl_vm40.htm
This alert or error message is years old and still continues showing in my PC. I
already installed a latest version of Java from Sun M. Is there a way I could get rid
of it?
My Advance Thanks,
<<Rino>>

Hi Rock,
Thanks! For your swift reply. I did tried the 2 links you gave me and it didn't work.
Actually I've no problem in booting except a small popup windows always reminded me to
go to that URL which is obsolete now.
Can you tell me actually where in Registry I can look for that error message mentioned
below. Can I delete from there? Thanks! --- Rino

Then a clean boot using the info from the links I gave you should also
be clean and by activating things one at a time you should be able to
identify the culprit.
Also you can run Windows XP Startup Program Tracker from Kelly's site:

Rock,
Thanks, it's work! I used Windows XP Startup Program Tracker from Kelly's site. It
identified the culprit as CouponAndOffers.exe and I deleted the whole folder in Windows
Explorer at C:\Program Files. I clicked that culprit file and sure the same error
message appeared. Now I can gives more love to my Computer again ;o) Regards, ---
