Every time I restart my computer my dispay settings change to color quality
low (8 bit). When I change the settings to highest 32 bit the changes
will take effect but as soon as I restart my pc the settings are lost.

Click the Settings tab again and select 32 bit. Then click Apply and OK, to
set and save settings. If you only click OK it will not save the settings.
