Hi
I try to install a programm on my windows Xp pro Sp1 and everytime i receive
error message.
When i see event viewer i find these errors about COM+ event Id 4822 and
4444 in application and 7034 and 7031 in system.
I try to find solutions about it but the only solution that i find it's the
probably my Hd is broken.
Any idea to help me.

Does it do this when installing any program...or just a certain one? It could
be bad sectors/blocks on your hard drive. There was also a rollup update
after SP1 that has to do with COM+ but I don't think it will fix your
problem. Plus it's not available without contacting MS I believe. Here is an

Is there some reason you are not running SP2? Maybe updating to SP2 may fix
it.
