HelpSvc.exe is taking a lot of my CPU & memory resources,
especially during bootup.
Microsoft website state that the problem has been solved after applying SP2

but pc have already have SP2 and with all the latest SP installed.
why is the problem is exist ? anyone facing the same problem ? please help.
