I was able to login to the banking site 2 days ago. Now I cant from
this computer. This happened before and the only way to fix it was a
system restore. I am trying to avoid a restore. What is the problem
and how do i fix it?

There isn't any info given by you so its not really easy for anyone to say
what your problem is.

What have you done to the system since you could connect? What have you
installed, and what have you let be installed (updates etc?). Have you
checked for viruses? Spyware? Have you considered rolling back (restore
points) to a date when it did work?
