Constant error message and everythink disappearing?

hi 2 days ago i started getting this error message :-

it occurs after i log my account on windows xp home edition had no problems
for about 1/2 a year now thought my comp was running quality. But i get this
error message pop up everytime i load a apllication or a file or nearly any
thing (even opening folders i get it ) i dont have a clue what i've done but
whenn yu click the
CLOSE button on it ( not the cross in the right corner) everything like
closes down and i get a just my wallpaper on the screen for a few seconds and
then everything loads bac up again and then when i click something else and
get the error message it all happens again and is getting really annoyiny, i
hope i dont have to reformat becuase i got lots of stuff on my comp,

any ideas what to do?

i'd scan for spyware and viruses first off

google doesn't return any hits on the address you provided... i didn't check
it in a browser window tho. odd that an error appears as a web address

I checked the images you posted. Unfortunately, it's hard to say from
the little information you provided exactly what the issue is. My first
suggestion is to ensure the machine is 100% virus and malware-free.
Post back if you need help doing that. Here's a link to my general

If the machine is clean, then it is always a good idea to look in Event
Viewer for any clues:

Start>Run eventvwr [enter]

Post back with results of the above if you need more help.
