This is nothing special really, just another bug in the OS.
In the Dutch translation for Windows XP Home SP2, the system said
ApplicationnameReageert ni This should be ApplicationNameReageert niet.
Maybe a tweak to the registry will do it, don't know exactly but will try.
Btw, is there a Bug report forum for bugs in the system itself, because I've
only found Application specific bug forums, not OS specific bug forums.
